TO TWO COMMON QUESTIONS REGARDING ONLINE BOOKING:

BOOKING CONFIRMATION E-MAIL NOT RECEIVED?
With certain e-mail accounts (Hotmail, MSN) the booking confirmation e-mail
may arrive in your Junk folder. However, if you cannot find it we will
be pleased to send another.
2.
GROUP BOOKINGS WITH DIFFERENT DATES?
If you wish to make a group booking at a hotel, with some of your party
staying on different dates, and you want to know if there is availability
for all your party before you begin the booking. You must begin booking
your rooms and dates until your requirements exceed availability. You
can then cancel your bookings free of charge - subject to each hotel's
notice requirements (listed on the hotel's page under Hotel Policies -
normally 1-3 days prior notice).
CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel book-online accommodation you will find a link in your confirmation
e-mail. You can also cancel by going to the hotel's main page and find
the cancellation link there.
